Coaching is an interactive experience where you explore your thoughts and feelings and help you to achieve the life you want. Unlike counselling, coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be.

Coaching sessions can be done online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This means you can schedule your session around your lifestyle.

This depends on the stage of your journey. Everyone is different but many people find 6 sessions about right.
Each session is 50 to 60 minutes long.
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
